"My name is Roland, currently I’m working for Lausanne Consulting Group as Consultant in Switzerland, participating in a project that ensures better productivity of a client in the aeronautic sector. I decided to work for Lausanne Consulting Group mainly because of the possibility to work in an international team being able to collaborate in projects in different countries and sectors.
For me it is a unique experience, a great opportunity to learn more about different sectors because it is important to work hard to understand the client’s business in a very short time.

The Academy Certification Process

This process gives our staff with the customized certifications needed to meet our customer requirements. Those Certifications are both used for internal and client staff, as for the task force certification.All new products and services are submitted to rigorous trials before receiving the Academy Certification Label which forms a part of the certification process that supports the implementation of these products and services.

The Internal Coaching Program is one the of most important elements from the Internal Training Academy. It includes a turn key mentoring program from the first day in order to ensure that the know how and the experience is transferred to the new consultants and followed by a coaching program.
