Created in 2005 The Lausanne Academy takes a “holistic” approach to the notion of developing the “Human Capital”. With close links to a number of top academic institutions and a “Development Panel” consisting of leading industrial figures, the Academy develops a comprehensive package of products and services designed to improve the performance of the people that make a company what it is.
