* Here we look at the behaviours displayed in the client’s business, in particular those of the client Management Team, from the Top Client to the Team Leaders … working with them and changing behaviours has a direct impact on the culture, the motivational levels and therefore results of the client’s business
Systems
* Is the Management Operational System the clients has currently installed. It includes the budgeting / forecasting, planning, work assignment and reporting tools. It also includes the organisational structure, reporting and communication lines
Processes
* Here we are talking about the systematic sequence of actions that combines resources to produce an output, from the front end to dispatch at the end of the workflow.
