Overhead Reduction

A case study under the heading of “our successes” was inadvertently uploaded into a sub area of the Lausanne Consulting Group website during routine maintenance carried out by a former employee. Although no names were used, this case study may have referred to a project carried out by this employee for his former employer, Knox D’Arcy Ltd, between 1994 and 1995. This case study should not have been uploaded and we stress that it did not appear in the main “our successes” section of www.lausanneconsulting.com but only on a side tool bar. We wish to apologise for any confusion that this may have caused.
