The Lausanne Consulting Special projects division has developed a proprietary methodology involving tools and techniques designed to ensure that “pilot programs” can be successfully replicated. These tools and techniques revolve around “People”, “Systems” and “Organisation”

Based on an evaluation of these constraints, detailed “Project Execution Plans” are prepared involving local teams (which we will train in appropriate techniques as required)

Supporting the PRO’s are sophisticated project management tools that enable each person to know exactly what he or she is supposed to be doing and then track progress against simple and easily measured indicators.
