Many of the tools and techniques developed as part of our complex project role out exercises are similar to those used by our teams during “Post Acquisition Integration” programs. In this case however, the primary driver is “Cashing the Cheque”. The initial rational in the PAI approach is to understand the initiators and drivers behind the transaction. Once these are clearly identified, the programs are built around ensuring that the planned synergies and advantages are obtained and this in a faster time scale than was originally expected.

By providing sophisticated project management tools, additional resources with experience in the relevant sector and culture, and by providing a “neutral” exterior perspective, we are able to substantially accelerate the integration and thus deliver a faster “Return on Investment.”
