Based around the extremely detailed approach to business performance improvement used by the our consulting division, the Special Projects Team have developed a number of proprietary business modeling tools that enable us to look at the operational “Foot Print” of a particular business.

Unlike the major strategy consultancies we do not look at “The where might we be in 10 years” but rather the “With what we have, how can we be better”. This approach takes into account the business specificities of the company (Industrial facilities and state of the equipment: The Market, offering and ability to service the offering: Internal and external Supply chain issues: The organisation, managements systems and procedures used to run the business: Political and Social constraints: The cost base and financial performance of the business). Based on this information and with the involvement of senior management we then develop a the plan, schedules, approach and deliverables for the short and medium term.
