Taking the time to prepare correctly in the minutestdetail might appear to be a waste of tile initially but this preparation is key to ensuring that schedules CAN be met. The draconian project management that involves weekly financial and operational evaluation of progress with regard to the detailed schedules ensures that the time lines ARE met.

This notion of preparation and project control, have been integrated into an approach and package designed specifically to manage turn-key projects of a complex nature and ensure that these are delivered on time and within budget.

Currently being applied in a number of sectors including the worlds largest marine commercial project, which the Lausanne Consulting group has been appointed to manage, and a major industrial complex, the Special Projects division provides the interface between the financial backers and the suppliers who must deliver.
