Account Development Executives

Your role:

To develop and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers at large and medium-sized companies (with 500 or more employees)

Your activity:

• Work with new and existing clients to develop and maintain high level value-added business relationships
  
• Prospect for new business in identified market areas and within clearly identified sectors
  
• Co-develop, control and coordinate your activity within the business unit
  
• Work closely with the Account Development Support team to manage the commercial pipe-line.

Your profile:

• An entrepreneurial personality, with at least five years of account development experience in consulting, solution selling or selling of other high added-value services
  
• A proven track record in prospecting and developing new accounts, with an ability to establish and maintain contacts
  
• Extensive experience in dealing with decision-makers and senior executives
  
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
  
• A disciplined, competitive orientation with a positive attitude and a high level of mobility
  
• You will be a self-starter able to balance a team approach with personal initiatives
