Your role:

  • To carry out and manage Improvement Opportunity Reviews (analyses) in a wide range industries and markets
    - To review a clients operational activities,
    - To prepare supporting material to show areas of potential improvement,
    - To evaluate the financial impact,
    - To prepare a business case for the use of Lausanne Consulting Group services
    - To carry out all the appropriate negotiating and contractual activities prior to committing our group to a long term project
  • Managing a team of consultants drawn from the business unit in which the IOR is being held you will have full responsibility for managing the IOR over a two or three week period
  • You will help in the development of the IOR team with an important role to play in internal training, coaching and development of the team.


Your profile:

  • You have a minimum of 10 years experience in change management / implementation consultancy or other broad business related experience, and at least 3 years experience as an analyst with a major change implementation consultancy.
  • As well as your mother tongue you speak English and preferably another major European language.
  • You must be highly mobile and enjoy working under pressure
  • Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of personal organisation and discipline, you have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • You will have a demonstrated success record in acquiring substantial new business
