Your role:

• The Business Delivery Director is responsible for delivering the financial and qualitative results committed to the client on 2 to 3 project under his/her control
  
• He/she is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and tactically assisting the Project Managers in managing the top client and his/her key team
  
• The Business Delivery Director will coach and assist the Project Manager on all technical and tactical aspects of business delivery and is accountable for developing and successfully implementing the “more work / extension” strategy for the project
  
• The Business Delivery Director is accountable for the clients' satisfaction levels on the projects under his/her control expressed in referrals and positive references
  
• The Business Delivery Director will coach and train his team in accordance to the career path and development plan that he/she has developed for the individuals on the projects.
  

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 6 years experience in change management / implementation consultancy or other broad business related experience
  
• As well as your mother tongue you speak English and preferably another major European language and are highly mobile
  
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of personal organisation, you have excellent leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills
  
• You will have a demonstrated and proven track record of successfully running 2 to 3 projects at the same time and are an expert on all technical and tactical aspects of major change implementation programmes
