Management Consultants

Your role:

• Project based, you will be working within a team of highly motivated, experienced consultants drawn from the world's leading, and most respected, consultancies
  
• Working with our clients and their teams, you will define and implement pragmatic, realistic recommendations for performance improvements with clearly measurable results

Your profile:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in change management / implementation consultancy or broad business experience
  
• You will have outstanding analytical and conceptual abilities, and have a flexible approach to complex issues.
  
• You must be a highly motivated self starter with a positive attitude towards challenges, a creative side and extremely resourceful
  
• You must be able to work in multinational teams and as such you need to have excellent communication skills
  
• As well as your mother tongue you speak English and preferably another major European language and you must be highly mobile
