Project Managers

Your role:

• Managing a team of consultants and tactically managing the clients and their teams, the Project Manager is the main link between the client and Lausanne Consulting
  
• The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the financial and qualitative results committed to the client
  
• The Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the “more work and extension” strategy on the projects
  
• The Project Manager has a major role in internal training, coaching and development of the project team in accordance to the teams career paths and development plans

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 4 years experience in change management / implementation consultancy or other broad business related experience
  
• As well as your mother tongue you speak English and preferably another major European language and are highly mobile
  
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of personal organisation, you have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
  
• You will have demonstrated success in technical and tactical project set-up and project management, incl.
  * Work stream development
  * Identification, evaluation and implementation of the improvement potential
  * The development and agreement of detailed project objectives and schedules
  * Project steering and task force development and management
  * Change management and user buy-in
