Telephone Support Employee / Assistant to the Sales Executive

Your responsibilities:

  • Research of prospective client organisations and selection of relevant contact partners
  • Handling and maintenance of our client databases
  • Preparation and execution of mailing campaigns
  • Assistance to the Sales Executives (diary management, meeting arrangement)
  • Setting appointments with prospects at executive level


Your profile:

  • You have good communication skills and you find it easy to make contacts by telephone
  • You have a friendly and approachable manner
  • You are articulate, self-assured and reliable
  • You are thorough, methodical and well-organised
  • You like challenging situations
  • You can work on the basis of the guidelines and parameters set for you
  • You have been trained as a secretary or have a commercial background
  • You are used to communicating in a business environment
  • You are interested in current economic developments
  • You are fully skilled in Windows applications
